Dr. Eisner is a licensed, integrative Clinical Psychologist who applies theory and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as mindfulness approaches and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to create a tailored treatment plan to fit individual needs.  She is also trained in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, a particular treatment modality that focuses on helping people manage grief, cope with life transitions, amend relationship issues, and improve interpersonal connections.
